Gruner Veltliner is best known for producing crisp, dry wines in Austria, and it performs just as well in Massachusetts’s soils and climate. Our version displays the classic aromas of white pepper, lemon, and apple with an intoxicating scent of beeswax and flowers. While it is very dry it nevertheless has a creamy texture and soft acidity that makes it very easy to drink.
